Worked Campaign File: Six Listings in One Coordinated Release

A focused single-listing campaign series for a boutique project whose availability has been living across PDFs, portal pages and text threads.

Illustrative workflow built around CoBroker Mail’s single-listing templates. Unit details are placeholders; no campaign outcomes are claimed.

The brief

The project has six available residences and no full-time marketing department. Brokers have received several one-off updates, but there is no dated view of the complete release. The campaign’s job is not to retell the whole development story. It is to become the inventory email an agent can use during a client call.

Inventory

6 units

Each residence gets a focused email while the release remains visually consistent.

Templates

3 designs

The team selects one design and repeats the same unit-level fact pattern.

Response goal

The agent sends the buyer’s range, layout and timing instead of choosing among competing buttons.

Version control

Dated

The send date makes the availability useful when the message is forwarded.

The release architecture

One release identity

Location, sponsor, occupancy and one product truth establish consistent context across the series.

Identical unit fields

Residence, layout, interior and exterior size, asking price, carrying costs, occupancy and one differentiator appear in the same order in every send.

The follow-up architecture

Broad release first

The same current facts reach the professional audience at once rather than leaking through separate conversations.

Personal matching second

The sales team follows up with agents whose clients match a particular unit, price or timing signal.

One release date, a repeated fact pattern and one reply request turn scattered availability into a coordinated series brokers can follow.

Why the campaign works

Each email should make one residence easy to understand.

The next send requires a real inventory, price or construction change.

The campaign report measures attention; the sales team still owns the conversation.

The series introduction

Release 04 — current as of [date]. Residence [unit] at [project] is offered at $X, with anticipated occupancy [window]. This release adds [material change].

Reply with the buyer’s range, preferred layout and timing. The sales team will return the complete costs and first available appointment.

Build checklist

  1. Freeze the current availability and terms.
  2. Give every unit the same fact fields.
  3. Choose one reply request for the release.
  4. Name who will correct the campaign record when inventory changes.
